Refund Policy

At Pool Goods



we are committed to providing high-quality pool products and exceptional customer service. We understand that there may be situations where you need to return a product, and we have developed the following refund policy to ensure a smooth and fair return process for our customers.


1. Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days in new condition and with original packaging. Items that have been opened or used may not be returned. In order to return items, you'll need to receive preapproval by requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You can request an RMA via email to info@poolgoodsdirect.com.


2. Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in new condition and with the original packaging. If the product meets our criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that return shipping charges are the client's responsibility.


3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we will replace it with a new one. Please contact us at info@poolgoodsdirect.com or info@poolgoods.com.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you may return it following the instructions outlined above.


5. Exceptions

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Products that are not in their original packaging
