Shipping Policy for Pool Goods

Thank you for choosing Pool Goods for your pool and spa supplies. We are committed to providing you with reliable, timely shipping. Please review the terms and conditions for your order’s delivery below.
Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed on the same or next business day, excluding weekends, holidays, or weather-related delays.
Orders After 1:00 PM EST: Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Information: Please verify your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes
We offer a variety of shipping methods, including standard and expedited options.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, product availability, weather, and selected shipping method.
Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Shipping costs are based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method selected.

Free Shipping
From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions with specific terms and conditions.
Eligibility: Free shipping applies to qualifying orders based on minimum order value or product category, as indicated in the promotion details.
Free shipping applies only to the contiguous U.S. and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming.
Small Package Shipping
Pool Goods primarily ships small packages via FedEx, USPS, or UPS. Shipments falling within these carriers' size and weight limits are considered small packages. We may use alternative carriers depending on the item. Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days, though this may vary depending on the season.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Lost Packages: If a small package is lost by UPS, Pool Goods will initiate a trace. If the package isn’t found after a reasonable amount of time, we’ll reship your order via the same method as the original shipment.
Damaged Packages: If you notice obvious damage to the product at delivery, refuse the shipment. If you accept the delivery, contact Pool Goods immediately to start a damage claim. To speed up the process, please send photos of the damaged area and the entire product. Important: Do not use damaged items, as this may void the damage claim. Keep both the damaged product and the shipping box for UPS’s investigation. Replacement items will ship using the same method as the original order. Claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment. After 7 days, we cannot offer replacements or refunds.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Orders enter processing immediately and cannot be modified or canceled once placed.
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact customer support as soon as possible. We will assist where possible.
Expedited Shipping
Orders placed after 1 PM EST will ship the next business day. Delivery timeframes are based on business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
3-Day Shipping: Delivers by the end of the third business day.
2-Day Shipping: Delivers by the end of the second business day.
Next Day Air: Delivers by the end of the next business day (depends on location).
Next Day Saver: Delivers by 7:00 PM or the end of the day (depends on location).
Please note: Once the order has shipped, shipping address changes may incur additional fees, and Pool Goods will not cover reconsignment costs.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, Hawaii, or Alaska. Please provide a physical shipping address.
Some products have shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or nature. These will be noted on the product page.
Delivery Issues and Non-Deliverable Orders
If there are issues with your delivery (e.g., incorrect address or missed delivery), please contact customer support.

If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect information or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping or return fees.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (e.g., Christmas, New Year), shipping carriers may experience delays. Please allow extra time for delivery.
