I ordered spa pillows The wrong ones came two days later (transposed item number) I called them they shipped out the correct ones the next day overnight and sent me a prepaid return label at that time Excellent customer service!!!!!, routine shipping problem( “ship” happens in the real world! ) handled perfectly Will certainly buy future needs from them

Pool Goods genuinely cares about what they do. It shows in their work and in the way they treat others. They are experts in their field, provide the correct information, and their experience is un-matched.
