Perma-Cast 1.5" White Aluminum Deck Anchor Flange, 3 Hole | PF-2115-L

This is a round flange which mounts on top of the deck used for a rail or ladder with a rail outside diameter of 1-1/2" this is almost always used with above ground equipment, material: aluminum flange, stainless steel bolt color: white shape: round, with a flat flange on the bottom the flange has 3 mounting holes there is a threaded hole in the flange body with the center of the hole at 5/8" from the top this is for the bolt which screws in to hold the rail.
